I've played the tech demo, it handled pretty well, Thrashing a Lotus Elise SC around a track, the demo was well worth the hype for me.

I've only played the tech demo as my computer struggled to run it, but it has the best physics of anything available (including Iracing). I believe all the tracks are also laser scanned. I think i-racing is still a better all rounder though - but AC will be available on the PS4.
